Order cancellations can be requested by phone to (323)238-0852. No cancellations will be accepted after order has shipped.
 
 
RETURNS
All sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges or store credit are allowed.
 
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition and full packaging.
 
Merchandise purchased from other specialty or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased
 
To file a claim for damages, returns, or exchanges on a wholesale purchase you must obtain a return authorization number (RA) â€‹Please send an email to info@cellojean.com with the reason for return, company name, invoice number, style number, quantity, sizing + image (if damaged or defective)
 
There is a 20% restocking fee for any items returned without an RA, refused/unaccepted package(s) or beyond the 7-day grace period. We recommend that all customers inspect their goods promptly upon delivery in case of damage or unexpected issues.
 
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A return label or call tag will be provided for items being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect or incorrectly shipped packages. Should the return not pertain to these reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
