All shipping costs will be charged when the order ships. Shipping rates depend on the weight of the package and shipping method selected.

Order cancellations can be requested by phone or email to the websales department. No cancellations will be accepted after order has shipped.
All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or store credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are final, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or fault.
To file a claim on damages, returns, or exchanges, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with image of defect or reason for return please call the websales department at (323) 238-0852 for your return authorization number (RA). All claims must be made within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Items must be returned in their original condition and full packaging.
There is a 20% restocking fee for any items returned without an RA, refused or unaccepted package(s), or past the 7 day grace period. We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not expected.
We will provide a return label or call tag if items are being returned due to manufacturer’s defect or incorrectly shipped packages. If the return is not due to any of these reasons, the buyer will need to return the goods on their own expense.
